VidFarm makes short-form videos for founders: a shelf of proven formats, made-for-you video packs from independent video makers (The TikTok Experiment), an editor with an AI copilot, and a skill your own AI agent can use. Doing that means handling your account, your brand and product details, your files and your payments. This page says exactly what is collected, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how to get rid of it.
VidFarm is operated by Insihts, Corp., a US company whose registered address is 1111B S Governors Ave STE 21416, Dover, DE 19904, United States. It also operates hirly. It is the controller of the personal data described on this page: wherever the page says “VidFarm”, “we” or “us”, it means Insihts, Corp.

Personal data we collect
These are the categories of personal data VidFarm collects. Most of it you give us yourself; some is created as you use VidFarm, and some is collected automatically.
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Account and sign-in details | Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you add them or your Google account supplies them. If you set a password, only a hash of it is stored. Sign-in codes are stored as hashes and stop working after 10 minutes. Source: You, or Google if you sign in with Google. |
| Brand and product details | Your website, what your product does, your logo, any app demo recordings you give us, the brief we write from your website for your videos, and your success metric. Source: You, when you set up your account or brief an order. |
| Files, videos and posts | Videos, images and audio you upload, the videos and compositions you make or edit, renders, captions, and posts you prepare or schedule. Source: You, and created as you use VidFarm. |
| Conversations with the AI | What you write to the editor’s AI copilot and in Brainstorm, and its replies. Source: You. |
| Your own AI provider keys | If you add keys for providers such as OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter, they are stored encrypted and used only for your own requests. Source: You. |
| Marketplace orders | The packs you order, your brief and answers, messages with the video maker, deliveries, revisions, refunds and reviews. Source: You and the video maker. |
| Plan and payment records | Your plan, subscription status, card holds, charges, refunds, the offers you used, your wallet balance and history, and the customer reference our payment provider gives us. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s form and never reach VidFarm. Source: You and our payment provider. |
| How you arrived | The referral or affiliate code in the link you used ( Source: The link you opened. |
| Email records | Which emails VidFarm sent you, the delivery events our email provider reports (delivered, bounced, marked as spam), and whether you unsubscribed. Source: Created when an email is sent. |
| Usage, device and network data | Pages you view and what you click, recordings of your sessions on our site, your IP address, browser and device details, the page that referred you, and error reports. See “Analytics, cookies and metadata” below. Source: Collected automatically as you use VidFarm. |
Why we use it
We use personal data for the purposes below. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not give your files, brand details or answers to advertisers.
| Purpose | What we use, and how |
|---|---|
| Making and editing your videos | Your files, brand details and instructions are used to make, edit, caption and render videos, and to schedule the posts you choose. |
| Making your video packs | For The TikTok Experiment and marketplace orders, your brief (product, website, logo, demo and requirements) goes to the video maker who fills the order. |
| AI features | Your instructions, brand details and the media you work on are sent to an AI model to write briefs and captions, answer you in the editor, transcribe and generate voice, and remove captions. |
| Running your account and keeping it secure | Account details sign you in. IP addresses and account identifiers limit abuse of sign-in, checkout and other features. |
| Taking payment | Your email address, plan and payment details are used to place the card hold, charge you, refund you and manage your subscription. |
| Emailing you | Your email address is used for sign-in codes, account and billing emails, emails that help you get your first videos, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from the help and offer emails; sign-in and billing emails are still sent. |
| Paying affiliates | The referral code you arrived with is stored with your payment, so the person who referred you can be credited. |
| Understanding and fixing the product | Usage data, session recordings and error reports show us which features are used and where pages break. |
Who receives it
These recipients receive personal data from VidFarm:
- Service providers
- Companies that run parts of VidFarm for us. Each is named in the table below with what it receives.
- Video makers
- The independent video maker who fills your order receives your brief and your messages, so they can make your videos. They are not VidFarm staff.
- Your AI agent’s provider
- If you use the VidFarm skill with your own AI agent, what VidFarm returns to it is handled by that agent’s provider under their terms.
| Provider | What it does, and what it receives |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, database and file storage. Runs vidfarm.cc and stores your account and everything in it. Receives: all account data, files and records, and every request to VidFarm. |
| Stripe | Payments. Places card holds, takes payment, refunds and manages subscriptions. Receives: your email address, name, the card and billing details you enter on its form, your plan and the referral code. |
| Resend | Email delivery. Sends sign-in codes, account, billing and help emails. Receives: your email address and the content of each email. |
| PostHog | Product analytics. Records how vidfarm.cc is used: page views, clicks, session recordings and payment events. Receives: your account identifier and email address, usage events, recordings of your sessions (what you type into form fields is masked), your IP address and browser details. |
| Sentry | Error reports. Records errors so we can fix them. Receives: error details and the request that failed, which can include your account identifier. |
| OpenRouter, OpenAI and Google (Gemini) | AI models. Power the editor copilot, Brainstorm, briefs, captions and onboarding. Receives: the text, brand details and media frames sent with each request. With your own key, the request goes to your provider under your account. |
| ElevenLabs | Voice. Generates voice-overs and transcribes audio. Receives: the text to speak, or the audio to transcribe. |
| GhostCut | Caption removal. Receives: the video you ask to clean. |
| Dollar Platoon | Marketplace orders and escrow. Holds order payments until you accept a delivery, and pays the video maker. Receives: the order, its brief and amount, and messages on the order. |
| FlockPoster | Publishing. Posts and schedules videos to your social channels, if you connect it. Receives: the video, its caption and schedule, and the channels you chose. |
Sign-in. Signs you in if you choose “Continue with Google”. Receives: the fact that you signed in to VidFarm. | |
| Pixabay, Openverse, Iconify and RapidAPI | Media and web search. Find stock media and search results for your videos. Receives: search words only. Nothing about you. |
How long we keep it
This is what the system does today. Where there is no time limit, the table says so instead of naming one.
| Data | How long it is kept |
|---|---|
| Your account, brand details, files, videos, posts, conversations and orders | Kept while your account exists. Nothing is deleted for inactivity. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete these within 30 days. |
| Sign-in codes | Stop working after 10 minutes. |
| Temporary files | Deleted when their stated expiry passes. |
| Your own AI provider keys | Kept until you remove them in Settings or delete your account. |
| Payment, refund and invoice records | Kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, also after your account is deleted. |
| The referral cookie | 30 days. |
| Copies held by our service providers | Analytics events and session recordings, payment records, email logs, error reports and AI request logs are held in those providers’ systems until the retention period set in each provider’s service ends. Deleting your account does not remove them automatically; email us to ask for deletion. |

Payments and card holds
The TikTok Experiment starts with a 7-Day Free Trial: the first month's price ($36) stays in your bank as a hold, not a charge, and your bank shows it as pending from VIDFARM. At the start of Day 7 the hold becomes your first month; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach VidFarm. VidFarm stores the hold, charges and refunds, and the customer reference Stripe gives us.
Analytics, cookies and metadata
Besides what you give us, vidfarm.cc collects data about how it is used. This is all of it:
- Usage events. Page views, clicks, sign-ins, checkout and payment events are sent to our analytics provider. Once you sign in they are tied to your account identifier and email address. A cookie shared across vidfarm.cc and its subdomains links what you did before signing in to what you did after.
- Session replay. The same provider records your sessions: what each page showed and how you moved through it. What you type into form fields is masked. Text a page displays is not, so a recording can include your details as they appeared on screen.
- IP address and user agent. These reach our servers and our analytics and error providers with every request, and appear in server logs. VidFarm also uses your IP address to limit how often checkout and sign-in can be tried.
- How you arrived. The referral code and campaign tags in your link are kept in a cookie for 30 days and saved with your payment.
- Email events. Our email provider reports whether an email was delivered, bounced or marked as spam.
- VidFarm’s own cookies. These keep you signed in, remember the page to return to after you sign in (10 minutes), and carry your referral code (30 days).
VidFarm has no advertising trackers.
Children
VidFarm is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we delete it.
Changes
If what we collect or who processes it changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
