The agreementTerms of Use

By creating an account and using VidFarm, you agree to use it fairly and legally. In return, you keep ownership of the videos and content you create.

Your account. Keep your API keys and login details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use. Only upload and generate content you have the right to use. Don't use VidFarm for anything illegal, abusive, infringing, or that violates a third party's rights.
Your content is yours. You own the videos, media, and projects you create. We only process them to run the service for you.
Bring-your-own-key. When you connect your own AI provider keys, your use of those providers is also subject to their terms.
Billing. Subscriptions and wallet credits are covered on the pricing page; cancellation and refunds are covered in Cancellation & refunds .
Availability. We work to keep VidFarm running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we may update or change features over time.

Your dataPrivacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to run the product, use basic analytics to understand how it's used, and never sell your personal data.

What we collect. Your account details (like email), the projects and media you create or upload, and basic usage data.
Analytics. We use analytics to see which features are used and to find and fix problems. This helps us improve VidFarm.
How we use it. To provide the service, keep your projects available to you, bill correctly, and improve the product. We don't sell your personal data.
Service providers. We rely on trusted infrastructure (hosting, storage, payment processing, and any AI providers you connect) to run VidFarm. They only process data to provide those services.
Retention. We keep the data you give us for as long as your account is active so the product works for you. Wallet credits and project history stay put unless you delete them or ask us to.
Security. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service can promise perfect security.

Delete your data

You can have your data deleted at any time. Email operator@zoom-gtm.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data — we'll remove your account and associated data. Some records may be retained briefly where required for legal or billing reasons, then removed.
